ATMH’s brand PAYTOGO will be licensed to a partner for a country with the exclusivity to penetrate in that specific market. By building a local business platform with a clear service proposition thereby creating a scalable disruptive business model in the digital arena to create a group of services fully integrated. Services available today are the following: Mobile recharge, gift card, e-Sim and data pack for roaming, e-wallet for crypto facilities and possibility of usage, push payments (bank-to-bank) and prepaid credit cards.
The APP is launched in beta version (with some of the services available) and ready in the market; currently live but no promoted in Brazil. The next step planned is to find a partner for an EU country.
Great attention will be dedicated to the Communication business area where ATMH would like to federate key expertise and know-how to build some very strong fundamentals to be able to create value for the Group in the future. Data services and the mobile ecosystem are the targets to aggregate business/companies actives in those areas that will develop the basis for ATMH to cover strategic communication sectors as Data-cloud, SMS and Voice as well as IOT.
New initiatives with regards the IT industry will be considered too. Particularly the software development area will be highly valued in connection with relevant niche areas.
